The Campbell’s Company has announced new leadership appointments to support long-term growth and performance across its operations.
The changes reflect the company’s ongoing focus on building strong teams and driving innovation.
Elizabeth Duggan, currently Senior VP and General Manager of Campbell’s Canada, will become President of the Snacks division, effective May 12, 2025.
Duggan will work alongside outgoing Snacks President Chris Foley during a transition period before Foley departs in July after 25 years with the company.
Duggan joined Campbell’s in 2019 and has played a key role in shaping strategy and driving transformation.
Campbell’s Canada has seen strong revenue and earnings growth, as well as the successful launch of new snack products like limited-edition Goldfish and Kettle Brand Air Fried chips.
Janda Lukin, currently Chief Marketing Officer for Snacks, will step into a newly created role—Chief Growth Officer—effective June 2, 2025.
Lukin will lead efforts to accelerate growth by strengthening brand strategy, consumer engagement, innovation, and revenue management.
Lukin joined Campbell’s in 2016 and has led award-winning marketing efforts and innovation across well-known snack brands such as Goldfish and Pepperidge Farm.
