Los Angeles, California - Aspire Bakeries strengthens its leadership team by appointing Rob Clamp as Vice President of Enterprise Initiatives.
In this role, Clamp focuses on growing the company’s artisan bread segment, including its well-known La Brea Bakery brand.
He also leads key company-wide programs and supports improvements in artisan operations.
Clamp brings strong experience in bakery operations and leadership.
Before joining Aspire, he served as Chief Operating Officer at izzio artisan bakery from early 2025 to late 2025.
In that role, he helped manage production and business performance while supporting growth in artisan baking.
Earlier in his career, Clamp spent more than a decade at Flowers Foods, where he held several leadership roles.
He worked as General Manager of Canyon Bakehouse, where he supported gluten-free product growth.
He also served as Vice President of Operations and General Manager at Dave’s Killer Bread, helping the brand expand in a competitive market.
In addition, he takes on the role of director of engineering, focusing on improving production systems and efficiency.
Clamp’s experience also includes working as a shops manager at Kaiser Aluminum, where he gains strong operational and manufacturing knowledge.
This diverse background gives him a solid understanding of both food production and large-scale operations.
In his new position at Aspire Bakeries, Clamp is expected to help strengthen artisan bread production while improving efficiency across teams.
His leadership will support better coordination between departments and drive innovation in product development.
Clamp holds a bachelor’s degree in management from the U.S. Air Force Academy and a master’s degree in business administration from Eastern Washington University.
His education, combined with years of industry experience, positions him well to support Aspire’s long-term growth goals.
Overall, this appointment reflects Aspire Bakeries’ focus on strengthening its leadership and expanding its artisan bakery segment.
