Westchester, Illinois — Ingredion Incorporated (NYSE: INGR), a leading global provider of ingredient solutions to the food and beverage industry, has announced that Patrick Kalotis will join the company as executive vice president of Global Texture & Healthful Solutions, effective December 1, 2025.
He will become a member of the executive leadership team and report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Jim Zallie.
In his new role, Kalotis will be responsible for developing business strategies and driving performance across Ingredion’s Texture & Healthful Solutions segment.
His leadership will focus on both commercial and financial growth, while partnering with the Global Innovation and Commercial Excellence teams to identify and maximize new market opportunities.
“Patrick has a tremendous strength in creating momentum by delivering both market growth and profit expansion which will be a key element in leading our Texture & Healthful Solutions segment,” said Jim Zallie, president and CEO of Ingredion. “Additionally, his deep CPG knowledge across both global brands, and private label will be a great asset to our future growth strategies.”
Kalotis expressed enthusiasm for joining the company, noting that Ingredion’s focus on innovation, sustainability, and customer collaboration aligns closely with his vision for long-term, profitable growth.
Before joining Ingredion, Kalotis served as CEO of APP Group’s Tissues International North America.
His career includes leadership roles at Tropicana Brands Group, PepsiCo, Danone, Coca-Cola, Mars, and Unilever.
He holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and business from the University of Warwick, along with a diploma in business management from Henley Business School.
Kalotis’s appointment highlights Ingredion’s ongoing commitment to innovation and strengthening its leadership in texture and healthful ingredient solutions worldwide.
