Indianapolis, Indiana - Catalina Snacks is expanding its leadership team with two key appointments to support business growth and strengthen customer relationships.
The company has named Dan Robin as Chief Operating Officer and promoted Lauri Luker to President while she continues as Chief Customer Officer.
Both executives report to Chief Executive Officer Doug Behrens.
Robin brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in food manufacturing and operations.
Before joining Catalina Snacks, he served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Monarca Food Solutions, where he helped improve profitability, product quality and safety across six manufacturing plants.
He also held senior operational roles at Hearthside Foods Solutions and Peacock Foods, leading efforts to improve production processes and build strong safety and quality practices.
As Chief Operation Officer, Robin oversees project management, procurement and plant operations.
His priorities include improving efficiency, strengthening operational systems, and building the capabilities needed to support the company's growth.

Luker joined Catalina Crunch as Chief Operation Officer in March 2024.
She previously served as vice president and general manager of frozen foods at Kellanova, overseeing US commercial strategy for the Eggo and MorningStar Farms brands.
Her earlier leadership experience includes roles at Amplify Snack Brands, WhiteWave Foods, and Conagra Brands.
As President and Chief Customer Officer, Luker focuses on strengthening the sales team, building retail partnerships and expanding the brand's presence in stores.

The appointments follow Catalina Snacks' recent naming of Charlotte Mostaed as Chief Marketing Officer, reflecting the company's continued investment in leadership as it grows its business.
