Urbana, Ohio-based Bundy Baking Solutions has launched a new business called Synova LLC, which will manufacture and distribute baking release agents for bakeries. According to the company, the new business, located in Westerville, Ohio, will offer release agents for baked goods including cakes and breads.

A new 70,000-square-foot facility with state-of-the-art equipment with an automated manufacturing system will meet the highest reliability, quality and sustainability standards. Synova will employ approximately 20 individuals, including a research and development team of scientists for product formulation and new product development.

The Supra Pan Bread Oil portfolio, a pan release agent for baked foods such as, cakes, waffles, bread and pizza, as well as the Primo Mineral Oil line, an equipment release agent for troughs and other machinery, are the two product lines available through Synova.
