Winston-Salem, North Carolina-based Krispy Kreme has announced plans to roll-out a variety of fruit-flavored doughnuts as part of a limited time offer, called the Fruit-Inspired Collection.

It’s Lemon Glaze product, which was voted in by American consumers earlier this year, hits store-shelves today and will be available until April 28. According to the company, the return of the Lemon Glaze is “the perfect pairing of zesty fresh lemon and Krispy Kreme’s sweet, signature glaze embodying the essence of summer in one melt-in-your-mouth doughnut.”

"There has been so much anticipation and zest for the new Lemon Glaze Doughnut, we can’t wait to share the joy with our fans," stated Chief Marketing Officer Jackie Woodward.

As for Strawberry, Pineapple and Lime, Krispy Kreme announced these fruit-filled donuts will be available from May 6 to June 16.
