California – Jaynelle St. Jean, founder of nationally recognized artisan pie brand Pietisserie, is set to host a pie making class online. The class will take place online on Wednesday, November 25, one day before Thanksgiving.

St. Jean will hos the class and show participants how to make a Thanksgiving pie, with a crust and other ingredients provided in advance by Pietisserie through contactless delivery or next day shipping. The participants will learn how to prepare a Ginger Citrus & Cranberry Pie.

“I have taught many cooking classes over the years, deconstructing the pie baking process into its essential elements: crust, filling, assembly, topping,” says St. Jean. “In this presentation students will start with premade components that give them the confidence to relax and get into the pleasures of the process without any worries about the outcome.”

With the holiday season approaching, thanksgiving can often be a hectic time and now baking lovers will have the opportunity to learn from one of the countries most notable pie makers.
