General Mills set to launch 3 new Pillsbury products this summer

Minneapolis, Minnesota-based General Mills is ready to launch three new Pillsbury products this summer, which include Pillsbury Filled Crescents, Pillsbury Place and Bake Brownies, as well as, Pillsbury Sweet Biscuits with Icing.

According to General Mills, Pillsbury Crescents pair the flakiness of homemade crescents with the flavor of warm apple or cherry filling and are considered “the first refrigerated filled crescents on the market,” with a suggested retail price is $2.99.

The Pillsbury Place and Bake Brownies are the company’s answer to “an easy, fast and no mess homemade brownie.” The product will be available in fudge, peanut butter, and marshmallow varieties and come in 12-count packages, with a suggested retail price of $2.80.

General Mills is also introducing its Pillsbury Sweet Biscuits with Icing, which are available in chocolate chip and blueberry, for a suggested retail price of $2.69 per 8-count package.

“We know that biscuits are a Southern specialty, and as biscuit experts ourselves we saw an opportunity to bring this regional favorite to the country in a unique and exciting way. Pillsbury Sweet Biscuits with Icing combine the distinct, unique texture of biscuits with beloved muffin flavors and topped with vanilla icing — a true trifecta,” stated General Mills.
