Duck Donuts opened its first store in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina in 2007 and is now celebrating the opening of their 14th store, a 2,400-square foot donut shop in Stafford, Virginia.

Russ DiGilio, the founder and owner of Duck Donuts franchise, states that “The team is thrilled to continue its growth in the Old Dominion state”.

The store is going to be a part of over 70 other retailers who have already established their roots within Stafford County lines. And its ambience will comprise of a beach theme with indoor seating, serving fresh donuts, which are made on order, 7 days a week until 9 p.m. EST.

As of March 2017, Duck Donuts Franchising Company is running its 36 franchises, throughout the Eastern United States and in addition with 153 contracts.
