Barry Callebaut Debuts New Fillings at ISM

Barry Callebaut presented their new range of delicious fillings at ISM, the world’s largest trade show for sweets and snacks, in Cologne, Germany. This new product line was created to complement the company’s existing premium cocoa and chocolate products by providing new multisensory experiences.

These new products allow bakery and confectionary professionals to work with both chocolate and fruit-based fillings with low water activity.

Every day we want to create new products that trigger the imagination of consumers worldwide,” says Bas Smit, Global and EMEA Marketing Director of Barry Callebaut. “With awesome fillings, we have crafted an exciting new range that continues to do just that. The fillings add an unexpected taste and texture to any chocolate experience.”

All the new filling products are produced without the use of added preservatives or vegetable fats while still offering great bake stability. The available flavours for bakery and confectionary fillings include apple, apricot, and raspberry, with an additional chocolate flavour for the confectionary range.
