Professional cake artists, pastry chefs, sugar sculptors, chocolate artists, bakers, hobbyists, home bakers, and cake decorating enthusiasts from all over the world are invited to The Americas Cake & Sugarcraft Fair hosted by Satin Ice September 18-20, 2015 in Orlando, Florida at the Orange County Convention Center & Hyatt Regency Hotel.
The two day show features cake competitions, stage demonstrations, workshops and seminars, as well as a fashion show. The show will also feature special guests, including Mich Turner, Buddy Valastro, Ron Ben-Israel, and Roland Mesnier.
