Omaha, Nebraska – The Scoular Company has announced the appointment of Jennifer Deitloff as the company’s first-ever Chief Diversity Officer. Deitloff will continue in her role of Senior Associate General Counsel and will now report directly to Paul Maass, Chief Executive Officer of Scoular.

“Jennifer has an extensive background applying her passion for diversity and inclusion throughout her career, and her leadership in this new role will enable Scoular to continue to foster a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative workplace for our employees,” explained Maass.

She joined Scoular in 2017 and has played a key role in developing the company’s diversity and inclusion efforts. During her time with Scoular, she co-led the creation of the company’s Diversity and Inclusion Council.
