Lady M Confections has announced they will be releasing a number of new flavors a head of the holiday season, available in November and December.
Being known for their multi-layered crêpes cakes and other elegant desserts, their holiday flavors will capture the holiday spirit in both the taste and look.
New Flavors available in November and December
- Black Forest, layers of dark silky sponge cake, whipped cream and brandied cherries
- Gateau au Chocolate, dark chocolate sponge cake, with alternating layers of chocolate mousse, crushed walnuts and topped with a delicious dark chocolate ganache sprinkled with gold dust
- Marron Mille Crêpes, 20 handmade thin layers of crepes filled with chestnut-flavored pastry cream and topped with powdered sugar
- Red Velvet, three layers alternating between a fresh whipped cream frosting, cocoa-rich sponge cake and cream cheese.
- Flan aux Pomme, almond flavored shortbread crust with sautéed apples under a vanilla bean flan that is topped with a golden brûlée
These holiday specials will be sold in Lady M’s stores in Chicago, California, Boston and New York City.
