Companion Bakery will be moving its production to a new location in Maryland Heights, Mo. This transition will be completed by the end of this year. Construction is planned to begin in March, with the company moving in late summer. The new facility in Maryland Heights will house the company’s baking operations, a cafe, baking school, and private event space.

The new cafe space will seat 60 and serve breakfast and lunch daily. Both novice and serious bakers will be able to take advantage of a variety of classes through the baking school.

Established in 1993, Companion Bakery is a leader in producing artisan breads and other baked products. The company’s portfolio consists of breads, rolls, pretzels, pastries, and artisan cakes. Along with its location in Missouri, Companion Bakery has multiple cafes and retail stores in Montana and Florida.
