Arbor Investments is a private equity firm that invests in numerous companies in the food industry.

Specifically, it invests in companies that specialize in baked foods, dairy, protein, bottling and kitchenware.

 

The equity firm has raised $765 million for a food, beverage and related industries focused equity fund.

Arbor is now launching a subordinated debt fund called Arbor Debt Opportunities Fund I, L.P., which the company has raised $125 million for.

The company will continue investing in a variety of food and beverage companies that show potential for market and financial growth.

Arbor has proven to be successful in its investments, including being awarded the “Deal of the Year” award by Buyouts for its investment in Gold Standard Baking.

Arbor looks for unique products and brands with growth potential for its investments in the food and beverage industry.

Arbor has successfully invested in more than 44 food industry related North American companies since 1999. These companies combined have generated more than $2 billion in annual revenue.
